Concept art for the game WarmGun
The location is Whiskey Town , Gang Leader Captain Rehabs throne made out of junk.. The place is powered by the bomb located over the throne..

Cptn Rehab is the guy to see if your one of alcoholic gang member, problem is he doesn't help anyone, he keeps his minions by providing more alcohol.
At his throne we have a bunch of Rear mirrors which he say can see into your soul and find your problems which obviously these drunk slabs are too stupid to realize
